I'm a highly experienced Personal Trainer, and I know how to work with all levels. I can introduce you to exercise if you are a novice. I can also push you extra hard of you have been working out for a long time. Having a Personal Trainer keeps your workouts fresh and keeps you motivated and accountable! I can help you reach your goal, no matter what! If you are interested in weight loss, muscle toning, nutrition, bone density, endurance, relieving stress or increasing your metabolism, I can help! Any goal is the right goal! Maybe you want to fit into that little black dress, or run a marathon, walk a mile, feel stronger, look great at that high school reuinion or keep up with your kids! Whatever your goal, you will achieve it!
I specialize in customizing workouts for women. I don't give "cookie cutter" workouts like so many other trainers do. I develop a program, specific to your goals and needs. You will work with dumbbells, resistance bands, BOSU balance trainers, stability balls and your own body weight to get you moving and sweating! Since I'm also a Pilates Instructor, I incorporate a lot of core training and balanced moves to really strengthen your abs.
My prices are much lower than those you'll find at a gym, and you don't even have to leave your home! I show up at our specific appointment time for your one hour training session. I'll bring all the fitness equipment (dumbbells, etc) I need for each session, ensuring you get a safe, effective and fun workout!
Train privately, or invite a friend and I'll train both of you!
If you live in Rancho Bernardo, and belong to the RB Swim & Tennis Club, I can train you at their gym!
If you have somewhere else you'd like to train- your office, local school gymnasium, rec center or favorite park, just let me know!
