I teach a class I call "Sweat & Sculpt." It's a lot like Personal Training, except in a small group setting. Here you get the benefit of a Trainer's attention, with the fun dynamic of a group workout!

You'll use light dumbbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and our body weight to get a great, calorie burning workout. You will work through circuits designed to target all major muscle groups, and some smaller ones. You'll alternate exercises for your upper and lower body- sometimes combining the two. You'll work your abs a great deal, and sometimes do short blasts of cardio, to keep your heart rate up.

Class sized range from 3-10 and I change the workout every time, so you don't get bored!

Are you and your friends interested? I'll teach a class in your home, your backyard or office. Or, we can all meet at the RB Swim & Tennis Club No membership required.) Pick a day and time and I'll do my very best to accommodate you!
